Deputy Home Manager- Ermine House Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: 30 per week About the role: As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager with the management of the Home. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for rota planning, employee recruitment and both induction and mandatory training, ensuring that the needs of our residents are recognised, assessed and met where possible. You’ll also monitor and manage individual employee performance to ensure standards are upheld, addressing any issues as they arise through the appropriate channels. About you: You’ll have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 4 or 5. In addition, you’ll have previous management experience in a elderly care setting with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and work as a proactive team member, together with some marketing and finance experience to help grow occupancy and manage costs. Alongside this, you’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and will be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care.
