OSJCT is recruiting for an experienced Social Media Executive to lead the Trust’s social media activity. This is a key role in shaping and delivering engaging, high-quality content that enhances brand awareness, strengthens reputation, and supports occupancy growth. The role focuses on creative storytelling, national campaign execution, and proactive outreach to build the Trust’s presence across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the social media strategy in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Developing and managing content plans with key stakeholders to align social media activity with marketing campaigns.
  • Managing central, brand social media accounts and overseeing individual care home Facebook pages.
  • Providing guidance to Home Managers and their teams on content creation and account management.
  • Planning, creating, and optimising engaging organic content and social campaigns, using data insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Monitoring and responding to comments, ensuring appropriate engagement.
  • Delivering social media training through workshops and owning the creation and delivery of social media policies.
