We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to work our dayshift at our Chester, WV or East Liverpool campus. Our housekeepers provide general cleaning and upkeep of resident living areas and public spaces as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Teamwork with the following and all other duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Performs general cleaning of resident’s apartments, room turnovers, hard floor surfaces, carpeted areas, building entrances, public-space, dining rooms, and staff work areas.
  • Performs project work such as stripping and waxing floors, carpet extraction, spring cleaning, and terminal cleaning.
Requirements:
  • Adjusts work in progress when priority projects change.
  • Provides Quality Assurance by maintaining daily cleaning schedules.
  • The employee is regularly required to operate floor cleaning, buffing, and extraction equipment.
  • Climb or balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch when assessing the need for cleaning needs and to place items in or get items from low drawers or shelves; talk or hear to give and receive instructions from residents and staff.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as the completion of state-mandated annual training requirements.
