The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

We place strong emphasis on teamworking, communication and staff wellbeing, with daily clinical catch ups and regular safeguarding, governance and educational meetings to encourage shared learning and continuous improvement. The successful applicant will work as an autonomous practitioner, providing high-quality clinical care to the practice population in line with the GMS contract and GMC standards for Good Medical Practice. They will contribute positively to the ongoing development of the practice and work collaboratively within the wider multidisciplinary team.

This role also offers opportunities to develop additional services and clinical interests, including:

  • Minor surgery
  • Joint injections
  • Spirometry
  • Women’s health
  • Sexual health services

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking, and well-organised practice in Dereham, Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive multidisciplinary team within a progressive practice that has undergone significant positive development in recent years, including achieving a Good CQC rating across all domains. Located in a modern, purpose-built, recently refurbished premises, Orchard Surgery offers an excellent working environment with enhanced clinical facilities for both patients and staff. We are also an active research practice and are committed to innovation and continuous improvement in primary care delivery.
