As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing your skills and progressing to a senior role
  • Assisting with daily activities of living and personal care
  • Creating a warm, supportive environment for residents

Main Duties

  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalised care
  • Administering medication in line with prescribed requirements.
  • Lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team
  • Communicate effectively with external professionals, residents, and relatives
  • Implement personalised care plans tailored to each resident's needs
  • Provide specialised care and support for residents living with dementia.
