We are seeking a highly organised and proactive operational coordinator to join Orchard Community Trust’s central team. This varied and rewarding role works closely with the Executive Team to ensure the smooth running of key priorities across the Trust. The coordinator plays a vital part in supporting leadership at the highest level, coordinating meetings and events, producing high‑quality documents and delivering clear, engaging communications across our schools and wider community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide executive support – managing calendars, scheduling and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate meetings and events within the Trust.
  • Produce high‑quality documents and presentations.
  • Contribute to social media and communications.
  • Assist with event planning.
  • Provide light‑touch finance processing support.
