The Orchard seeks an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join Middleton Park Lodge in Leeds. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, oversee care delivery, and drive quality improvement for residents within our Reconnect dementia care model.
You will promote infection control, support nurse revalidation, lead training and audits, and maintain strong communication with residents, families and the MDT. NMC pin renewal and leadership experience required.
