The Orchard in Upton is looking for a Care Navigator/Administrator to join our dedicated team. The role involves managing patient interactions, handling prescription requests, and providing care navigation.

Candidates should have experience in a customer-focused environment and be flexible in their availability.

This position offers a part-time role of up to 23 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours as needed, along with 5 weeks of annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.
