The Orchard Infant School is seeking a caring, organised and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to lead our After School Club provision.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the After School Club
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of all children
- Lead and supervise After School Club staff
- Maintain accurate registers and records
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and school staff
- Ensure compliance with school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety
Qualifications and Experience
- Have experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare setting
- Be confident, reliable and well organised
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Hold a relevant childcare qualification (or be willing to work towards one)
