To support the existing Management Team with aspects of varied administration duties, including the management of incoming insurance reports.
Main duties to include, but not limited to:
- Management of the insurance reports
- Incoming letters
- Summarising patient records
- Helping the Practice to achieve QOF targets
- Ordering stationary & medical supplies
- Management emails
- Setting up patient recalls
- Management of significant events
- Other general administration tasks
We are a General Medical Practice with 5 part-time Partners, and 3 part-time Salaried GPs (5 female and 3 male) serving the population of Broughton Astley and the surrounding villages. We also have three Advanced Nurse Practitioners. We have two purpose built surgeries for the benefit of patients. The Broughton Astley Surgery was built in 1985 and substantially extended in 1994. The Ullesthorpe Surgery was built in 1991. Both Surgeries provide disabled access. We are a busy, friendly practice offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
