We’re looking for a Head Bartender to join the team at The Orange. As Head Bartender, you’ll lead the bar team in delivering exceptional drinks experiences, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring every cocktail, pint, and premium serve reflects Cubitt House’s high standards. You’ll champion creativity, consistency, and service excellence, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the bar team to deliver world-class service.
