Hours: Tuesday to Saturday (12 hours per week) | Start time: between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM
Overview: We are looking for reliable, detail-driven Hygiene Specialists to join our high-end restaurant group. This role is essential in maintaining the pristine, hygienic, and welcoming environment our guests expect. You will be responsible for the thorough and efficient cleaning of The Seven Stars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily deep cleans of restaurant areas, front-of-house spaces, and toilets.
- Follow hygiene protocols and ensure cleaning checklists are fully completed.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and appropriately.
- Collaborate with fellow hygiene team members to deliver consistently high standards.
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to management promptly.
- Prepare the restaurant spaces for opening hours by ensuring a spotless, sanitized environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in hospitality or high-end environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work early shifts, reliably and punctually.
- Good physical fitness; the role includes manual work.
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must have access to personal transport due to shift start times.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Previous experience in a similar multi-site or high-pressure cleaning role.
