The Orange Square Company is seeking a detail‑oriented CRM Coordinator to join our UK Ecommerce team and drive best‑in‑class customer communications across email and SMS using Ometria.

You will work closely with ecommerce, marketing, retail and global teams to build campaigns, support automated journeys, maintain CRM health, and deliver reporting that informs decisions across ecommerce and marketing.

The role is based in London (EC1) with a hybrid approach and some UK&I travel.
