About the role: We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter in John Lewis Cheadle, with a passion for luxury, the drive to make a difference and the desire to shape the future of our business. This is a part-time role 3 days, 22.5 hours per week.

Purpose of the role: As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for the House of Creed, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
