About the role: We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter in Harrods Knightsbridge. Ideal candidates have fluency in Arabic and English to support and engage with a diverse client base. A passion for luxury, the drive to make a difference, and the desire to shape the future of our business are essential. This is a full-time role, 5 days, 37.5 hours per week.

Purpose of the role: As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for the House of Creed, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
