About the Role
We are seeking a Boutique Manager to join our new Boutique in Canary Wharf, opening in September 2026. The role entails overseeing the Creed fragrance division, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors. This full‑time role is 5 days per week, 37.5 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge and Team Leadership – develop comprehensive understanding of Creed fragrances and train the team.
- Sales Excellence and Stock Management – strategically achieve sales targets, maintain optimal stock levels, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Relationship Management – cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with agencies for promotional activities.
- Compliance and Administration – ensure adherence to company policies and streamline administrative processes.
- Market Awareness – stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic insights.
- Communication and Reporting – maintain transparent communication with superiors and provide regular sales performance reports.
