About the Role

We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador full time for our exciting new Balenciaga Counter in Selfridges Exchange Square Manchester. With a passion for luxury and fashion, the drive and determination to make a difference and the desire to shape the future of our business.

Purpose of the Role

As an Account Manager or Luxury Brand Ambassador for Balenciaga, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's reputation and delivering unparalleled consistent customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage of the brand, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
