As a Senior Financial Accountant you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations for our UK business while partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, cash flow, compliance, and reporting while supporting strategic financial planning and the continued growth of the business.

Experience with full compliance ownership, including:

  • VAT, corporation tax, and payroll compliance.
  • Audit readiness.
  • Internal controls and statutory reporting.

Experience managing day-to-day finance operations, including:

  • Client billing, debt collection, and full accounts receivable (AR) management.
  • Vendor payments and full accounts payable (AP) management.
  • Client accounting.
  • Payroll.
  • Month-end production COGS accruals.
  • Supporting group-level accounting and revenue.
  • Concur expense report review and approvals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the UK business.
  • Own compliance activities, including VAT, corporation tax, payroll compliance, internal controls, statutory reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Manage client billing, debt collection, and full accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Manage vendor payments and full accounts payable (AP) processes.
  • Oversee client accounting and payroll activities.
  • Prepare month-end production COGS accruals.
  • Support group-level accounting, revenue reporting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Review and approve employee expense reports in Concur.
  • Prepare financial reporting in accordance with FRS 102.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
