With a strong product-led culture and international customer base, we’re scaling rapidly—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic visibility to our growing product organization.

What You Need to Be Successful
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs.
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with change management practices.
- Exposure to technical domains (e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus.
