About the Opportunity

Join our Recruitment Team for an exciting four-month secondment to cover maternity leave.

You'll support the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal workers, coordinate visa and travel arrangements, and work closely with colleagues across Bulgaria and the UK.

You'll work closely with our Recruitment Manager and UK colleagues, playing a key role in recruiting seasonal workers for Edward Vinson's operations.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • As Recruitment Consultant, you'll support the full recruitment journey, including:
  • Source and recruit seasonal through a variety of recruitment channels.
  • Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face interviews.
  • Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Preparing employment documentation.
  • Coordinating Seasonal Worker Visa applications.
  • Organising travel and arrival arrangements.
  • Maintaining recruitment systems and candidate records.
  • Producing recruitment reports and workforce updates.

About You

You're an organised people person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping lots of moving parts on track.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people from different cultures, and take pride in delivering a great candidate experience from start to finish.

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • Fluency in Russian(written and spoken) and English.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, administration or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have...

  • Experience recruiting seasonal or international workers.
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian Seasonal Worker Visa Scheme or visa application processes.
  • Experience coordinating travel and arrival arrangements.
  • Additional language skills, particularly Bulgarian or another Central Asian language.
