- What You'll Be Doing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Accompany clients to appointments and community outings when appropriate
- Run errands and grocery shopping for clients
- Drive client vehicles when authorized and appropriate
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans to support client independence and safety
- Who We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must own and regularly have access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
- Candidates relying on public transportation or rides from family or friends are not eligible for this position
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Prior caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience strongly preferred
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Experience assisting clients with mobility needs, transfers, or Hoyer lifts is a plus
