Role Overview: As a Senior Account Manager, you\’ll be a key part of the agency, joining a passionate team that thrives on creativity and excellence. You\’ll play an instrumental role in delivering successful projects for both new and established clients, from initial brief through to final delivery. This Senior Account Manager position is fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings in London or Hampshire when needed.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and ensuring services align with their goals

Project Coordination: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic plans that address client needs

Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and development teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution

Quality Assurance: Brief Delivery: Clearly communicate project requirements to the team, ensuring everyone understands the client\’s needs

Minimum of 3 years in account management within a creative or digital agency environment

Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital transformation sectors beneficial

Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities

Genuine interest in creative processes and delivering outstanding work
