As a People Assistant, you will be an integral part of the People function, working closely with senior HR professionals to ensure smooth operations across all people-related activities. This role combines traditional HR administration with exciting opportunities to contribute to culture-building initiatives and employee engagement programmes. You will be supporting colleagues at all levels while developing valuable skills in human resources management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing comprehensive HR administration including documentation preparation, record maintenance, and ensuring full compliance with employment regulations.
  • Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle from seamless onboarding experiences for new starters through to professional offboarding processes.
  • Coordinating employee benefits administration including healthcare programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and volunteer day allocations.
  • Supporting the delivery of internal training programmes and contributing to learning and development coordination across the business.
  • Maintaining accurate people data systems while ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are consistently met.
  • Contributing to HR reporting and metrics analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
