As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent childcare services. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for implementing daily routines, leading activities, and supporting the overall well-being of the children in your care.

- Demonstrate authority and leadership skills within the nursery environment.
- Lead the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, observing and extending children's learning.
