Here are the skills you’ll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing or Demand Generation role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Understanding of the financial services buyer journey and longer sales cycles
  • Comfort with data — you should be able to build a dashboard as easily as you write a brief
  • Full UK driving licence (office-based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire)
