We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill, London. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the event process, from concept development to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage event budgets
  • Create and manage event timelines and schedules
  • Source and negotiate with vendors
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
  • Oversee event setup and execution
  • Manage event registration and attendee management
  • Collect and compile event feedback
  • Prepare post-event reports
  • Stay up-to-date on current event trends and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of event planning and management principles
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with event planning software (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.)
