We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill, London. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the event process, from concept development to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage event budgets
– Create and manage event timelines and schedules
– Source and negotiate with vendors
– Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
– Oversee event setup and execution
– Manage event registration and attendee management
– Collect and compile event feedback
– Prepare post-event reports
– Stay up-to-date on current event trends and technologies

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a related role
– Bachelor\’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
– Strong understanding of event planning and management principles
– Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
– Familiarity with event planning software (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.)
– Experience with social media marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
