We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill, London. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the event process, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities:
β Develop and manage event budgets
β Create and manage event timelines and schedules
β Source and negotiate with vendors
β Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
β Oversee event setup and execution
β Manage event registration and attendee management
β Collect and compile event feedback
β Prepare post-event reports
β Stay up-to-date on current event trends and technologies
Qualifications:
β Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a related role
β Bachelor\βs degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
β Strong understanding of event planning and management principles
β Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
β Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
β Familiarity with event planning software (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.)
β Experience with social media marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
