Position Overview:

As an Events Management Executive, you will manage the full lifecycle of high‑impact events, from concept through to execution. Reporting to the Events Director, you’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver innovative and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into unique event experiences
• Conceptualise event themes, designs, and marketing strategies
• Develop and manage detailed event budgets
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee event logistics including venue, catering, and technical setup
• Recruit, train, and manage an event team
• Monitor event progress and implement solutions to potential challenges
• Capture feedback and analyse results to refine future events

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Events Management Executive or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of the events industry, trends, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative flair and innovative thinking for concept development
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with event management software and project management tools
• Passion for delivering memorable client experiences
