Location: Based in Kensington, with travel across Prime Central London

What You\’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of high‐end residential properties with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Ensure full compliance with UK property legislation, tenancy agreements, and health & safety standards.

Liaise confidently with tenants, clients, and contractors to deliver a seamless and polished service experience.

Use CRM systems and digital tools to maintain efficient workflows and accurate records.

Solve challenges proactively and calmly, always aiming for the highest standards of service.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture within a high‐performing environment.

What We\’re Looking For

2+ years\’ experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client‐facing real estate role.

Strong understanding of UK property legislation and tenancy compliance.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence working with CRM systems and property management software.

Detail‐oriented, solution‐focused mindset.

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Genuine interest in luxury real estate and delivering high‐end client experiences.
