What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
- Ensure full compliance with UK property legislation, tenancy agreements, and health & safety standards.
- Liaise confidently with tenants, clients, and contractors to deliver a seamless and polished service experience.
- Use CRM systems and digital tools to maintain efficient workflows and accurate records.
- Solve challenges proactively and calmly, always aiming for the highest standards of service.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture within a high-performing environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client-facing real estate role.
- Strong understanding of UK property legislation and tenancy compliance.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with CRM systems and property management software.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
