Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assessing projects, assignments and supporting individuals working towards an apprenticeship qualification.
- Deliver remote learner sessions and 1:1 reviews to support working towards and preparing for End Point Assessment.
- Ensure learners achieve and that a high quality of evidence is obtained.
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions once per month with learners to support their progression against the knowledge, skills and behaviours within their programme.
- Set targets with your learners, create action plans and where possible stretch and challenge them to exceed expectations.
- Know your learners, their context, their role, business and line manager inside and out.
- Lean on your team and support each other to provide a brilliant experience to our learners.
- Be your learners' go-to person from the moment they onboard onto a programme to successful achievement.

- Working with learner populations of 40-50 people for a period of 12-18 months.

- Working with Enterprise level clients and SMEs across all sectors from financial services, manufacturing, technology and creative.
About you:
- You will have one or more coaching specialisms which will benefit multiple cohorts of learners.
- It is essential that you obtain a TAQA or relevant qualifications.
- You will love helping people become the best version of themselves while getting satisfaction from seeing people grow and build confidence.
- You will be decisive, good at planning and organising, solving problems, adaptable and focused on achieving goals.
This is a fully remote role; you can be based anywhere in the UK.
