Self Employed 70/30 split on self-generated business, 55/45 split on any company-provided leads. Occasional qualified leads provided. A drive to self-generate with the support and guidance from Weycroft to achieve this. No adviser fees to pay. All network, admin & regulatory costs covered. Flexible, hybrid working options with regular team interaction. Full administrative support to maximise your time advising clients.

Employed: Competitive Salary - Dependent on experience. Commission from business written. Qualified leads provided. Working in a family-feel practice with high-level support.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience advising on mortgage & protection products (minimum of 1 year of solid advice) is preferable.
  • Mortgage advice industry experience is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Based within reasonable travelling distance of our offices in Woking.
