Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Location:Luton?Salary:£25,000 – £28,000 basic DOE, plus uncapped commission OTE £50,000 pa +Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM,?

Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs.?

• Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation monitoring through to completion.?

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.?

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.?

• Work collaboratively with our estate agents to convert leads into successful applications.?

Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

• CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified.?

• Sales experience in any discipline would be useful

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?
