The predicted salary is between 29000 - 35000 £ per year.

The Openwork Partnership provides a pay range of £35,000 - £40,000 basic, with all training provided and an OTE of circa £65,000 in the first twelve months. This is an employed role with an uncapped OTE, hybrid covering London and home counties.

An exciting opportunity to join an established business with an excellent reputation has arisen due to growth. You will benefit from the existing brand reputation, whilst also having access to mentoring and training, ensuring you thrive as a Financial Adviser.

You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end, with the support of the wider team. You will benefit from flexible working options and ongoing training and development. You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who value quality service.

You will be provided with an existing client bank, leads from existing business streams, organic referrals, and support to undertake proactive business development and advertising to generate your own leads. Responsibilities include booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendations, and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.

Deliver outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity, updating knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products. Prepare sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals and conduct ongoing reviews. Generate new business by developing introducer relationships.

This opportunity will suit a proactive individual who holds qualifications such as DipFA, DipPFS, CISI level 3 Financial Planning, or an equivalent qualification. You will be confident in building lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently, but will be part of a flourishing team, with dedicated support provided by your internal team as well as an award-winning network.

You can work autonomously and flexibly but will be mentored and supported throughout your journey to achieving Competent Adviser Status and beyond.
