The opportunity
As a Training and Competence Supervisor, you will deliver the 2plan T&C scheme across the company and ensure that the T&C processes are working as expected by the scheme.
The role holder is responsible for the Supervision of Appointed Representatives Firms, Self Employed and Employed advisers as well as Regulated Individuals. Financial Advisers within 2plan to ensure competence is both achieved and maintained via various mechanisms and a range of feedback and coaching activities. This will include one to ones, roleplays and testing as well as supporting Advisers with a range of queries they may have.
This role is predominantly desk-based with the majority of supervision delivered remotely to advisers and firms across the UK.
Occasional field-based supervision work will be required.
