This role is responsible for providing technical support and guidance on Openwork policies and procedures within our T&C function. Supporting our Partners, Advisers, and internal teams, ensuring T&C processes, licensing, and financial monitoring activities are completed accurately and on time.,
- Assessing the financial status of Partners, Shareholders and Advisers
- Coordinate financial monitoring activity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date T&C records
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on T&C activity
- Identify system and process improvements
- Keep T&C frameworks and documentation up to date and communicate changes clearly
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on a variety of tasks
- Administration experience with great organisational skills
- Passionate and energetic mindset with ability to work well within the team
- Financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential

- Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
