We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team based in Swindon.

As a Recruiter within our Financial Advice Recruitment Team , you will work closely with adviser firms across The Openwork Partnership network, supporting the recruitment of both employed and self-employed Financial Advisers and Mortgage Protection Advisers .

You'll play a key role in helping firms achieve their growth ambitions while contributing to the long-term success of the Partnership.

Working as part of a wider recruitment function, you'll deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with firms across the UK to understand hiring needs, identify high-quality talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

This is a highly proactive recruitment role requiring expertise in candidate attraction, relationship management, business development within an established network and talent pipelining.

This is a hybrid opportunity , with regular attendance at our Swindon Head Office.
