The predicted salary is between 21000 - 30000 £ per year.
A key role creating the first impression for all guests and employees at our Swindon office. The position is part-time, four days a week. The successful candidate must embody our brand values of competence, integrity and service excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Greet visitors appropriately and determine visitor needs in a professional manner.
- Manage the security process, issuing visitor passes, maintaining the visitor register.
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email.
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy to a standard fitting with the Openwork image.
- Work with the Facilities Assistant in the set up of meeting rooms and coordinate the appropriate equipment.
- Support the evacuation process in cases of emergency, acting as a first point of contact for guests & emergency services.
- Work as part of the Facilities team on a variety of tasks and also support the Head of Facilities.
Qualifications
- IT literate – intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
- Educated to GCSE English & Mathematics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with individuals of all levels.
- Shows initiative and can work unsupervised at times.
- First-class telephone skills.
- Excellent personal organisation skills.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Maintains confidentiality and shows discretion.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Represents the company in an ethical and professional manner.

- Salary – up to £27,500.
- Bonus scheme – on target bonus of 7.5 %.
