Are you a curious and driven individual with a passion for finding great talent? We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and shaping our future hiring strategy. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Swindon office.

  • Salary £25,000 - £30,000
  • Bonus scheme – on target bonus – 7.5%

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage enquiries coming into the team mailbox
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Carry out market research and mapping, providing insights into trends and competitor activity
  • Explore and recommend new sourcing tools, platforms and strategies
  • Support recruitment activity including screening, interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Stakeholders to meet hiring goals

What will you need to succeed?

  • Experience in recruitment/resourcing, telesales or similar is preferred
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus
  • A self-starter mindset – proactive and motivated
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
