The predicted salary is between 35000 - 35000 £ per year.

As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our Swindon office runs smoothly, providing a safe, professional and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and stakeholders.

  • Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of office and facilities services within the Swindon office
  • Leading and supporting Reception and Facilities team members, including workload planning and service delivery
  • Acting as the primary contact for office-based facilities queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
  • Coordinating contractors and third-party supplies, monitoring service levels and addressing any issues
  • Supporting health and safety activities, including risk assessments, first aid and fire safety arrangements
  • Overseeing site access, security arrangements and office opening requirements
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Facilities Manager role is required
  • Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment
  • IOSH qualification or similar health and safety training is desirable
  • Ability to be reactive to situations and approach issues level-headed to provide solutions
