As a Junior IT Access Analyst, you'll be a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceptional attention to detail. In this role, you will support the Access team by building hardware and tracking assets, playing a crucial role in managing the starters, leavers, and movers process. This is an on-site role in our Swindon office 5 days per week.

Key Accountabilities
- To manage the new starters' hardware/accounts and collection of equipment for leavers.
- Coordinating closely with Managers and HR in relation to the new starter and leavers process.
- Running induction sessions for new starters.
- Accountable for stock levels of IT equipment and maintaining the Access database.
- To support in software & hardware audits.
- To work closely with internal teams to provide support and answer any questions.
What will you need to succeed?
- Experience in a similar hardware/IT role is preferred but not essential.
- A passion and interest in hardware and overall enthusiasm for IT.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11 is a bonus.
- Highly motivated and a passion to deliver an outstanding service.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Confidence to challenge, review and help to improve processes and procedures.
