The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Advisor Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Advice Recruitment Team.

You will build relationships with adviser firms across the UK, running end-to-end campaigns, sourcing top talent and delivering outstanding recruitment experiences.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage pipelines, and provide market insights while hitting recruitment KPIs. Hybrid/Remote with 1 day per month at Swindon Head Office.
