The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Advisor Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Advice Recruitment Team, helping adviser firms grow by delivering end-to-end recruitment, building talent pools and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
This role is hybrid/remote with at least 1 day per month at our Swindon Head Office, and will partner with firms across the UK to source top talent and provide market insights and recruitment guidance.
