The Openwork Partnership is looking for an Advisor Recruitment Consultant to support its Financial Advice Recruitment Team across the UK with hybrid/remote work and occasional attendance at the Swindon Head Office.

You will partner with adviser firms, manage end-to-end campaigns for Financial Advisers and Mortgage & Protection Advisers, source top talent and build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
