The opportunity to assess Pre Approval cases and provide approval or non-approval for adviser-proposed cases.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assessing Pre Approval cases
- Contacting 2plan Financial Advisers to discuss cases as required
- Ensuring Pre Approval records are kept up to date
- Managing workflow of cases
- Assisting with Adviser Induction Courses
- Other compliance work as required, such as reviewing procedures, AML, training of staff and Advisers
- Proactively identifying trends and suggesting improvements
- Building relationships with key contacts internally and externally, providing advice and guidance
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience within a financial services organization in a similar role
- Ideally Level 4 diploma qualified, with support for higher qualifications like Chartered
- Knowledge of COBS, ICOB, and MCOB regulations
- Strong financial planning and technical knowledge
- Coaching and feedback skills
