The opportunity
Our Pre Approvals Officers play a key role within the 2plan team, ensuring that cases submitted by our advisers are reviewed and managed within our business standards framework. The role involves working with a diverse group of advisers and internal colleagues to ensure best practice and service is delivered every time. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Leeds office.
Your accountabilities:
- Assessing Pre Approval cases within agreed SLAs
- Application of 2plan Business Standards
- Liaison with 2plan Financial Advisers to discuss cases as required
- Ensuring Pre Approval records are kept up to date
- Managing workflow of cases
- Assisting with Adviser Induction Courses
- Compliance casework such as reviewing procedures, AML, training of 2plan staff and Advisers
- Proactively identifying trends and feeding continuous improvement
- Identifying and building relationships with key contacts and providing advice and guidance
The benefits:
- Salary – up to £37,000
- Bonus scheme – on target bonus – 7.5%

What will you need to succeed?
- Established experience within a financial services organisation in a previous T&C role
- Level 4 diploma qualified. Working towards higher industry qualifications such as Chartered is advantageous; support will be provided for further study.
- Knowledge of COBS, ICOB, MCOB, TCF, Data Protection, FCA and regulatory requirements, Anti Money Laundering
- Good financial planning and technical knowledge
- Coaching and feedback skills
