The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to ensure new Advisers, Principals and Firms have a seamless joining experience after joining the network. This 12-month fixed-term contract is field-based and may involve occasional travel.
You will build relationships, coordinate with internal teams, coach new advisers, and ensure compliance with Openwork standards to deliver a smooth onboarding journey.
