Are you an employed or self employed mortgage adviser? Are you looking for a new home where leads can be provided? We are recruiting for one of our partnership businesses based in Lincolnshire, due to growth and demand they are on the hunt for an adviser who can service both their mortgage and wealth client bank The business is open to those advisers looking to work on a employed or self employed basis and have a package to suit both A Flexible working environment (hybrid role) with office space available if required but due to the location of the client bank you will need to be local to the Lincolnshire and Grimsby area. Whats on offer A basic salary of between £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience 21 days plus Bank Holidays annual leave Pension contributions Generous Commission splits equating an OTE of £50k to £60k for employed, with an OTE of £60k to £70k for self employed Marketing collateral to self generate clients Shareholder ownership potential Who do they want Fully qualified in mortgage and financial advice Highly competent and Experienced Motivated and able to work remotely This is a business that wants to see people succeed, there is for the right person potential to become a shareholder in the business in the future.
