As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will proactively own and manage high‑quality mortgage, protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines. This permanent, hybrid role is based in our Swindon office, requiring presence in the office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing communications with clients, advisers and third‑party contacts.
- Demonstrating an excellent and comprehensive up‑to‑date knowledge of the Openwork Mortgage, Protection & GI product suite.
- Identifying customer needs to provide accurate and compliant advice tailored to each client’s situation.
- Proactively following up pipeline cases to establish case resolution, ensuring all cases adhere to Openwork’s T&C Framework.
- Being responsible for the end‑to‑end advice process.
What You Need to Succeed
- Desirable: CEMAP or equivalent qualification.
- Desirable: 2+ years’ experience in Mortgage Advice.
- Desirable: 1+ year’s experience in Protection Advice.
- Desirable: GI sales experience.
- A clear communicator who can engage clients over the phone.
- Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, exceeding quality and income targets.
- Exceptional telephone sales skills.
- Ability to work to predetermined deadlines in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work within a team.
- A result‑orientated individual with drive, determination and integrity.
