Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:
- Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
- Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation monitoring through to completion.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with our estate agents to convert leads into successful applications.
Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:
- CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
